Job Title : Director of Finance

Location : North Jersey

Salary Range : $200,000 - $250,000 Bonus

Job Summary : A leading skilled nursing facility (SNF) group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Finance to take full ownership of the organization's financial operations. This critical leadership role will focus on transitioning key financial functions in-house, including billing, accounts payable, accounting, financial reporting, and cash management. The Director of Finance will work directly with ownership to provide accurate and timely financial data, ensuring informed decision-making and the financial stability of the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the transition of back-office financial operations to an in-house model, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Establish and oversee robust processes and systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial data.
• Build and manage a high-performing financial team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring proper general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and the production of accurate financial statements.
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports for ownership, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with ownership to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring proper allocation of resources and financial stability across all facilities.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance protocols to safeguard the integrity of financial operations.
• Handle ad hoc financial analyses and reporting requests to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
