Location : Burlington, VT

Compensation : 160–190K annually

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Active LNHA license in Vermont.
  • 4 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
