This individual will develop and manage relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and related organizations. The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting tailored security solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Relationship Management :
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in mid-size state and local government agencies .
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Account Growth :
Present and sell security technology solutions (video surveillance, access control, visitor management, and more).
Government Procurement & Compliance :
Navigate government procurement processes, RFPs, and contracts .
Collaboration & Industry Engagement :
Partner with sales engineers, project managers, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
