Skilled Construction Craftsman

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the positions of Running Track Surfacing Installer and Tennis Court Surfacing Installer. While prior experience is valued, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. This role requires specialized skills, and there are opportunities for increased compensation as proficiency and expertise are developed.

Duties

• Execute various construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Perform repairs on existing structures or items as needed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Artisan or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in various trades such as commercial painting, and equipment operations.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints with accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required!
