Your Role:
- Independently identify and engage potential clients by leveraging networking and prospecting skills.
- Educate homeowners on ProTerra’s innovative solar energy solutions and demonstrate how they can save money while supporting a sustainable future.
- Confidently present options and close sales contracts through consultative selling techniques.
- Participate in company-led events and initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness.
What We Look For:
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience (solar sales experience preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and self-generate leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven work ethic.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to manage evening and weekend appointments as needed.
- A smartphone for communication and customer interaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
