Job Summary:
Pro Touch Property Maintenance is a growing company seeking dedicated and hardworking Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining carpets, rugs, and upholstery in both residential and business settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering top-quality results and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed, including assisting with property maintenance jobs such as unit trash outs, plumbing, and general manual labor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery using company-approved techniques and equipment.
- Handle water extraction and emergency situations on an on-call, rotating weekend basis.
- Assist with additional property maintenance tasks, including unit clean-outs, plumbing, and manual labor such as dig-ups and cement handling.
- Operate and maintain carpet cleaning and other maintenance equipment.
- Perform vehicle maintenance and small engine repairs as needed (preferred but not required).
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to professional standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns on-site.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and handle physical labor tasks.
- Willingness to assist with various property maintenance projects beyond carpet cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of small engine repair and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-call, including weekends for water extractions and emergencies.
- Ability to work flexible hours (30-40 hours in winter; 40-50 hours in warmer weather).
