Position Summary: Administers, develops, and researches the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organizational rules and applicable regulations. May be responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to implement.
Key Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this role include:
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes HR data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
Maintains system security and access permissions, including submitting security requests and understanding role-based security.
Provides guidance to business partners on system capabilities and supports HR business processes within the HRIS environment.
Audits and manages HR master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assists with system migrations, updates, and implementations.
Seeks opportunities for system enhancements and automates processes related to employee changes and reporting.
Education & Experience:
3-5 years of HRIS administration experience, preferably in ADP Workforce Now.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates initiative in seeking and implementing system improvements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.

Language Skills:
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus;
