Job description
Pro Transport has an immediate opening for an Experienced Logistics Intermodal CSR at the Miami, FL terminal. Pro Transport has been in business for over 20 years with offices in Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville, Tampa and Miami. We are looking for an experienced exceptional CSR to join our Team.
Successful candidates should possess the following skills or basic requirements:
- MUST be familiar with South Florida Ports
- MUST have Logistic Intermodal (transportation) experience
- MUST be organized
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Able to efficiently mulit-task in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- MUST have strong communication and customer service skills
- Pay rate based on Experience
The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth-running operation of the Miami Terminal. Some of the duties include:
- Receive and enter orders into Pro Transport DMS system
- Call or email to set appointments, whichever is required by customer.
- Continuous communication with customers via phone and email.
- Scanning and uploading driver paperwork.
- Knowledge of container dispatch for backup when needed.
Experience:
- 2 - 5 years Intermodal CSR/Dispatch experience preferred.
