Mission of the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! You’ll manage contracts with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Love to Do:

• Draft and prepare accurate, legally sound contracts in compliance with Pro-Vac standards
• Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and company policies
• Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring all parties meet obligations
• Maintain a 95% compliance rate and renew 90% of contracts before expiration
• Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate contract database
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Resolve contract-related issues promptly and efficiently
  
  

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

Experience:

• 2 years of contract administration or related experience in the construction or environmental industry
• Contract experience with municipalities a plus
• Knowledge of legal principles and contract management best practices
  
  

Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office Suite, and Excel
  
  

Here’s What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM) are a plus!
• Familiarity with stormwater, sewer maintenance, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired
