Operations Supervisor

Pro-Vac is on the rise—and we’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our Colorado team to new heights! You’ll be responsible for operational performance, safety, and profitability while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

You will manage daily field operations, ensure service quality, uphold safety compliance, and support employee performance. You’ll collaborate across departments—Sales, HR, Safety, and Fleet—to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

• Experienced in hydrovac, environmental services, or related fields

• 7 years of field leadership experience in construction or environmental services

• Knowledge of hydrovac or industrial vacuum operations

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage safety programs

• Familiarity with job costing, reporting, and performance tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
