Mission of the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! Youll manage contracts with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and have a knack for legal details, this role is perfect for you!

What Youll Love to Do :

Draft and prepare accurate, legally sound contracts in compliance with Pro-Vac standards.

Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and company policies.

Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring all parties meet obligations.

Maintain a 95% compliance rate and renew 90% of contracts before expiration.

Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate contract database.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Resolve contract-related issues promptly and efficiently.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have :

Experience :

2 years of contract administration or related experience in the construction or environmental industry

Contract experience with municipalities a plus

Knowledge of legal principles and contract management best practices.

Skills :

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office Suite, and Excel.

Heres What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

Certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM) are a plus!

Familiarity with stormwater, sewer maintenance, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired.
