Pro-Vision is currently hiring for a NetSuite & System Specialist that will administer the management systems, primarily NetSuite, Salesforce and other integrated systems. The System Specialist will work to maximize Pro-Visions efficiency by leveraging data and systems to solve complex business problems.

The System Specialist will report directly to our CFO and work in the Byron Center, MI office. Some of the expected responsibilities are as follows:
- Accurately input and update data within the NetSuite Platform
- Configure and maintain NetSuite and Salesforce software to maximize workflow efficiency and ensure consistency of data across various departments
- Utilize NetSuite's analytics and reporting tools to generate relevant reports and key performance indicators (KPI's) to provide insights
- Serve as the go-to-person for NetSuite and Salesforce and provide ongoing systems and technical support offering user training across departments
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with NetSuite (prefer certifications: Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite integration tools and APIs, Zendesk and Wrike are a plus
- Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience researching and developing innovative solutions
- In-depth understanding of NetSuite's data structure and functionality and the ability to develop and maintain NetSuite Scripts and workflows
