What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Technician position at Pro Window Cleaning?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working at heights, and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
About the company/position- Pro Window Cleaning has been servicing windows primarily in St George, UT and we are now opening a new location that covers Davis and Weber County. The ideal candidate is someone that will start part-time but then work their way up to full time. The best thing about this position is that it is flexible to work with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and storefronts for residential and commercial clients.
- Use squeegees, water-fed poles, and other professional cleaning tools to remove dirt, smudges, and streaks.
- Ensure all jobs meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Safely set up and operate ladders and other equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
- Assist with scheduling and job planning when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Be willing to work 10-20 hrs to start but then build up to a full-time schedule.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift/move equipment as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
