ETAS was formed and dedicated to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services contributing to the safe and cost-effective implementation of the “One PPPO” mission.
The parent company, Pro2Serve, is a nationally recognized environmental, technical, and engineering services firm dedicated to providing critical environmental management services to reduce the Nation’s environmental liabilities and infrastructure engineering services in support of our Nation’s security. We support the energy, defense, and science markets through responsive, cost-effective execution of critical environmental, facilities and infrastructure, and nuclear defense and nonproliferation projects.
Job Description
Lead a team of Project Controls and Technical SME’s to update and maintain the PPPO life cycle baseline’s for Portsmouth GDP, Paducah GDP and DUF6 Programs
Develop and implement long-term plans that encompass the entire life cycle of the PPPO EM mission
Align life cycle plans with overall PPPO program plans and available funding
Oversee the execution of life cycle plans including timeliness, budgets and resource allocation
Identifying and assessing potential risks throughout the life cycle
Ensure compliance with HQ Planning Guidance and EM Protocol Requirements
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform the life cycle
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Program Managers, SME’s, and HQ’s personnel
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in business, engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and budgeting tools and task definitions
Ability to interface with engineering for development of work control packages and job sequencing
Ability to understand and interpret various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings and schematics
Ability to utilize and manipulate a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking work planning activities
Knowledge of DOE, Federal and state regulations as well as existing engineering and quality assurance standards and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience
PMP certification

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
