At Proaction International, you will participate in the execution of performance improvement projects with organizations operating in various sectors, including aerospace and agri-food, with sites located around the world!
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
- Transform organizations deploying Lean concepts while driving compelling performance improvements.
- Coach managers to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Deploy short intervals control concept to improve performance dialogue.
- Analyze processes, communication channels and management systems to identify productivity-related improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement management operating systems.
- Facilitate change management activities.
- Track behavioral improvements using our proprietary KBIs.
- Implement Utrakk (our standalone online platform) to further improve operational performance and issue resolution.
- Transfer knowledge towards a team of Proactors (change agents) to ensure the sustainability of our initiatives.
- Identify repeat business opportunities.
