Our client manufactures billions of envelopes annually and their envelope and printed products division serves a variety of industries, including third-party billing, financial, insurance, and direct marketing. The packaging and automation division of our client provides software, consumables, automation, and service and support for fulfillment to the e-commerce and pharmaceutical industries.

Job Description:
Our client has an opportunity for an Account Executive to join the Kansas City team. As an experienced sales professional, this role develops and manages business relationships with customers and sells a range of envelopes and printed products. The Account Executive is the key point of contact for the customer, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Strong emphasis on new net client relationships on developing a new territory and will work with existing clients to increase business.
- Develop and present customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Consult with customers to fully grasp their envelope and printed product requirements, including design, quantity, materials, and delivery timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, and competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities within the envelope and printed products industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $24k per year
- Variable Commission:
- Projected Year 1 Earnings: $100k – $125k (First year guaranteed $100k - $120k depending on experience)
- Projected Year 2 Earnings: $125k - $150k
- Projected Year 3 Earnings: $150k
