Job Description :
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing established customer relationships. The primary responsibility of this role is to build C-Suite / Operational level relationships with customers with a keen focus on retention and growth. Designing, developing, and implementing account-level sales plans.
Responsibilities :
- Maximize net dollar retention through proactive engagement and management of clients throughout your book of business.
- 100% emphasis on identifying business opportunities to increase penetration of the company's solutions within the existing client base
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Design, develop and implement strategic / tactical business plans
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $90,000
