Job Description :
As a Sales Development Representative you will be on the frontline of our enterprise sales process, responsible for driving revenue potential by sourcing new leads. You will be pivotal in cultivating relationships with high-level stakeholders at companies with 500 employees. Your goal? Setting up meetings with top decision-makers such as Chief People Officers, Chief Learning Officers, Heads of HR, VP of Marketing / Sales, and CEOs
Responsibilities :
- The primary focus is on 100% net new relationships & meetings scheduled for the President / CEO.
- outbound / inbound inquiries, warm / cold calls and emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and developing relationships (social selling).
- Identify opportunities for industry association participation and partner relationships that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Maintain an active pipeline, categorizing and prioritizing potential leads.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
