Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, personable Office Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being directly responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and is well-organized, all while providing exceptional service to our patients. You would be the first point of contact for patients entering the office, and the last as they are leaving. Therefore personal communication and a sincere interest in our patients is extremely important.
Duties
- Greet patients in a friendly manner and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage patient appointments as well as their insurance charges and payments using our office software.
- Follow up with patients to see how they are doing.
- Answering questions about their .... balance.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
- Running scheduled daily reports, ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly processed.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
