Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Managed Services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the given geography.
Meet top-line and GM targets for the region.
Account mining and lead generation by effective prospecting and client engagements.
Manage customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements and collaborate in solution building activities.
Work with cross-functional teams (extended sales team, presales team and Practice team) to deliver the desired outcomes.
Responsible for farming (upselling & cross-selling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition)
Qualification & Experience
MBA in Sales / Marketing. Having B.Tech degree will be an added advantage.
Total 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in IT Services with focus on managed services.
Deep insights into IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, SLA based services and NOC based services.
Strong communication skills and client management skills.
Should be confident, self-driven and go-getter. Should have the capability to engage with the C level / Senior IT leadership of the clients.
Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals, from lead generation to deal closure
