Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Managed Services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the given geography.
  • Meet top-line and GM targets for the region.
  • Account mining and lead generation by effective prospecting and client engagements.
  • Manage customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements and collaborate in solution building activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (extended sales team, presales team and Practice team) to deliver the desired outcomes.
  • Responsible for farming (upselling & cross-selling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition)

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in Sales / Marketing. Having B.Tech degree will be an added advantage.
  • Total 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in IT Services with focus on managed services.
  • Deep insights into IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, SLA based services and NOC based services.
  • Strong communication skills and client management skills.
  • Should be confident, self-driven and go-getter. Should have the capability to engage with the C level / Senior IT leadership of the clients.
  • Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals, from lead generation to deal closure
