Proactive Engineering Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our Development Services/Land Development team in Foothill Ranch, CA and Corona, CA locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to support drafting and design project development and execution.
- Utilize CAD software expertise to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Ensure all documentation meets client standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage drafting and plan preparation standards.
- Develop technical drawings and plans, maintain drawing database and perform quality checks on complex drawings.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience with a desire to learn and a professional attitude.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D as a required skill.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
- Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products.
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, interpersonal communication/writing skills and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to mentor and teach others, with the ability to work independently and with a team.
