Civil CAD Drafter/Technician with AutoCAD Experience
Well established Civil Engineering firm with extensive experience across Southern California in civil engineering, surveying and land planning services is seeking the following:
We are looking for exceptional People for CAD drafter level experience in land development and public works. Under the direct supervision of a professional engineer and/or direction of a senior level designer, you will perform AutoCAD drafting tasks on civil engineering projects; prepare construction drawings and other miscellaneous engineering drawings, exhibits and maps.
Position Description:
- Prepares drawings from conceptual design.
- Read and understand basic site plans, construction drawings and details.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.
- Assist in the timely completion of project construction documents: grading plans, improvement plans (street, sewer, water, storm drain, etc.).
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of Civil drafting experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or later preferred but not required.
- A high level of verbal and written communications skills.
