Compassionate Care & Office Coordinator Position Summary:
The Compassionate Care & Office Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both administrative functions and spiritual care services. This position ensures smooth office operations while also providing emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff. The role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and a heart for service.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:
- Assist with general office operations, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining patient and volunteer records.
- Coordinate communications, including answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure resources are readily available for staff and volunteers.
- Support volunteer coordination, including scheduling, tracking hours, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, family interactions, and spiritual support services.
Compassionate & Spiritual Care Support:
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families, offering encouragement, prayer, and guidance as needed.
- Assist in planning and facilitating faith-based support programs, devotions, and group discussions.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and spiritual care providers, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively.
