Job Summary

Provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, catering to their individual needs and preferences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality massage that meets clients' needs, incorporating various techniques based on client requirements and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.
• Design specific sessions based on guests' individual needs.
• Create excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Continuously educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend follow-up appointments as needed to maintain overall well-being.
• Complete up-to-date and accurate chart notes for each client, documenting relevant information about client progress, treatment plans, and observations.
• Assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring a relaxing and hygienic environment for clients.
• Communicate various promotions to clients.
• Preference for those willing to learn and administer additional wellness services, including localized cryotherapy, deep tissue red light laser therapy, assisted stretching, kinesiology taping, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current Massage Therapist License

• Recent graduates and experienced therapists are welcome

• Proficient in various massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are needed to effectively communicate and connect with clients.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinic while maintaining professionalism and quality of service.

• Able to perform 30-60-90 minute massages

• Display strong professional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Flexible, reliable, organized, and available to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends.

• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position
