We currently have an opening for a PT Director and we're seeking a candidate who will contribute their strengths to our established reputation for exceptional patient care, superior outcomes, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We are actively searching for the right individual to manage a clinic, provide physical therapy services and oversee our current incredible group of team members.
If you have the relevant skills and experience (2 years in the field required), are currently licensed in Texas or in the process of obtaining your Texas Physical Therapist license, and are looking for a great place to work in an outpatient physical therapy setting with tremendous people to work with every day, we would like to meet you!

Responsibilities :
- Complete and comprehensive evaluation of patients in an outpatient setting
- Establishment of comprehensive Plan of Care to address identified deficits and restore prior level of function
- Collaborate and communicate with Team members to ensure continuity of care
- Assess patients regularly for appropriate progression and / or modification of POC
- Promote a positive work environment and contribute to our team approach
- Timely, thorough and accurate documentation of patient care provided in our EMR system
- Actively demonstrate adherance to ProActive's Core Values
- Communicate effectively with patients and their family members to promote their active participation in therapy
- Oversee / manage a clinic staff including a Front Office Coordinator, Rehab Technician(s), and staff PT / PTAs
- Plan / Coordinate schedules to ensure sufficient treatment staff and clinic hours to meet the needs of the patients within our operating hours
- Strategize with the marketing personnel and assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with MDs and their staff
- Participate in community outreach to establish and maintain the ProActive PT name and reputation in the Pasadena area

Requirements :
Required : at least 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist (preferably in an outpatient setting), current TX PT license, DPT degree.
