Your role as a Physical Therapist Assistant will involve assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program.
You'll observe patients during treatments and report your observations to the Physical Therapist. You'll also communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required
