Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a HALOPSA, QuickBooks specialist. Duties
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and staff.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in corporate accounting tasks, including month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare and write financial reports that provide insights into the company’s performance.
- Utilize accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions and records.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts payable and corporate accounting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, including GAAP compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks; experience with HALOPSA is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial report writing and analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate data management.
