Position Overview :
As a Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will play a critical role in managing and litigating complex insurance defense cases from inception through resolution. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive trial experience and work closely with senior partners, providing a pathway for growth into a leadership position within the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Management : Independently handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and other related claims.
- Trial Preparation and Litigation : Participate actively in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial. You will have the opportunity to be hands-on in trial proceedings.
- Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic legal advice and keeping clients informed throughout the litigation process.
- Legal Research and Writing : Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Court Appearances : Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaboration : Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and share knowledge, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
- Mentorship : Assist in mentoring junior associates and support staff as the firm grows.
