ProAg is looking for a data-driven Claims System Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. This role will report directly to the Claims Operations Data Manager and will play a critical role in identifying areas of improvement and develop more efficient processes and system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power-BI work with a background in statistics.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with maintaining & developing reporting dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Reviewing large volumes of claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in Claims or the claim life cycle.
- Generate reporting on key claims metrics to inform long-term decision making
- Analyze multiple sources of data for cross departmental opportunities and professionally present findings to upper management.
- Test and share findings on data consistency and integrity.
- Update key internal Claims excel spreadsheets to meet regulatory and corporate needs.
- Partake in ongoing projects and strive for improvement to current processes.
