ProAg is looking for an Underwriter Supervisor to join the Underwriting Team. The ideal candidate will manage one of our underwriting teams and ensures that the department is operating efficiently to support ProAg's strategic initiatives. Our underwriting staff builds meaningful, long-lasting relationships and serves as a subject matter expert for internal and external customers.

In This Exciting Opportunity You Will :
- Give both daily and long-term direction to Underwriting personnel for the business unit.
- Respond to complex inquiries from Agents, Risk Management Agency (RMA), and RSOs and utilize set procedures when doing so.
- Support the analysis and research of detailed policy information related to Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) error resolution and manages the individual Underwriter error percentages.
- Develop and maintain department guidelines contained in Underwriting Manual (TOPE documents) as well as maintain overall product of Underwriting Manual.
- Promote the execution of ProAg business strategies by collaborating with our IT teams to create and test system enhancement and updates to the ProAgWorks application.

The pay range for this role is : $75,400 - $140,100 annually
