Location : Remote
Responsibilities :
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware.
Ensure network security by managing firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Support network infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve network efficiency.
Document network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute network-related recovery processes.
Respond to network incidents and provide timely resolution.
Qualifications :
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and switches.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Understanding of cloud networking is a plus.
Experience in network administration, analysis, or support.
Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
