We currently have openings for Rewind Operators at our Neenah, WI facility! We offer a competitive wages and benefits package including production bonuses and a perfect attendance bonuses!
As a Rewind OperatorAssistant , you lead the operator of a Rewind machine that makes quality packaging material for our customers. The role would be responsible for loading raw materials, conducting sample testing, and the setting-up and cleaning of the machinery. Our Rewind Operators are provided opportunities to further their skills by cross-training on different types of machines within their department to continue to develop your skills from day one.
Requirements
The position requires the ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively in a team environment. Candidates are required to possess a high school diploma and have basic high school math skills. The ability to problem solve and troubleshoot are a must. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Additionally, this position works a rotating 12hour shift schedule with 4 days on-shift followed by 4 days off.
Experience with a similar product base or flexible packaging machine experience a plus!
