Title: Director, Generative AI
Location: Atlanta, GA (HYBRID)
Type: Contract to Hire or Full-Time
Required Skills:
- Currently working as a Director or Sr. Manager or equivalent, managing a team of at least 5 resources with full managerial responsibilities.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with a focus on deploying AI enabled products.
- 5-7 years of experience in AI development, including expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control tools such as Git.
- Proven ability to develop and implement AI models, meeting business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of AI professionals in developing and implementing AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.
· Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning it with the organization’s overall technology strategy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI models into products and services.
· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
· Manage the development and implementation of AI models, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
