What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Student Services Specialist position at ProAxis Consulting?
This position supports the college’s strategic enrollment plan by providing recruitment and outreach services to new and prospective students, parents, and school professionals. Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities both in-person and online, such as visits to K-12 schools, participation in college and career fairs, and engagement at community and corporate events. The role involves representing the college at various recruitment events, tracking multiple cohorts, and managing recruitment campaigns. This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and utilizes a comprehensive understanding of student services and resources to assist a diverse student population in navigating the enrollment process. It requires responding to numerous inquiries through a customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as via phone, chat, email, in-person, and other virtual technologies. Workdays and time vary (depend on events scheduled). Non-event week/default hours will be Tues 12 - 4, Wednesday 8 - 5 and Thursday 8 - 5. May require weekend hours during events.
