Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our on-site support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing exceptional service and technical support to end-users. You will be responsible for logging incidents, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex issues as needed using our IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience working in an IT Help Desk environment.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory (user account management, password resets, group policies, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
