- Monitoring and improving the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process
- Coaching the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
- Fostering selforganization and collaborative scrum team; sheltering the team from outside distractions to keep focus mainly on the agreed sprint goals.
- Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing the performance
Qualification :
Experience in Agile methodologies
CSM / PSM certification
Experience leading scrum teams
Specific Qualifications
Experience with Angular development Proficiency in TypeScript Strong understanding of frontend technologies like HTML and CSS
Responsibilities :
Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption. Plans Scrum implementations within the organization. Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team. Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed. Coaches the Development Team in selforganization and crossfunctionality
