Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Allegro and extensive knowledge of the North America Power and Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Allegro, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Able to work minimum four days/week from client office located in Houston, TX
Qualifications
- Allegro Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Allegro platform to configure, customize, and optimize solutions for the Power and Gas business.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and challenges in the Power and Gas sector.
- Solution Design: Design and implement effective technical solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging Allegro’s capabilities.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Allegro and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Allegro-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials for end-users and technical staff. Document system configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly.
- Cloud: Knowledge of AWS cloud will be a plus because the Allegro instance is running on the AWS cloud
- Team Player: Able to work in a multi-vendor environment including the offshore teams.
