The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the Cardiology sales team by providing exceptional customer service to customers and dealer partners. This position is responsible for handling product inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including hospitals, clinics, and dealer partners, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed product information, specifications, and usage guidance for medical devices.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist the sales team with customer account management, order tracking, and resolving logistical issues.
- Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update customer records within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to management to support continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and order management systems.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology is a plus.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach to customer service.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, particularly in healthcare, business, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare products, and sales operations.
