Job description
We are looking for skilled IT Support & Helpdesk Technicians to provide expert technical assistance and support for a variety of hardware, software, and networking issues. As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure seamless operations by troubleshooting, resolving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service to end-users. This position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot user issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity and system performance issues.
- Maintain documentation and user training materials.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and networking.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A , ITIL preferred).
