We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and repair work, Roof and siding demonstrating proficiency in a variety of tasks related to roof maintenance This role requires hands-on experience, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various structures
- Manage heavy lifting and physical labor associated with repair tasks.
- Delivering materials to job sites , loading and unloading materials
Experience
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role in construction or maintenance.
- Familiarity with various roofing materials and hand tools
- Skills in architectural shingles, metal roofs, siding , gutters, fascia and soffits
- Ability Maneuver a dump trailer or flat bed trailer
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Must be 18 yrs or older with a valid driver license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Compensation Package:
- Hourly pay
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Required)
- Roofing: 1 year (Required)
- repair tech: 1 year (Required)
- Material driver: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Desloge, MO 63601 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Desloge, MO 63601: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
