As the Executive Assistant at ProBuilt Homes, you will play a key role in supporting our management team while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced small office environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer incoming calls and warmly greet customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage office supplies and ensure office equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- Provide executive support to the owner, including screening emails, handling administrative tasks across multiple business ventures, and occasionally assisting with personal errands.
- Support the Director of Operations with various administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities based on business needs.
- Run errands as needed to support business and operational requirements.
- Assist in the management, leasing, and administration of multiple rental properties.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the company’s product line and communicate information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
