We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to handle dispatch, scheduling, field supervision, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in dispatching, scheduling deliveries, overseeing work orders, coordinating field crews, and managing inventory for portable structures. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with both office and field teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Work Order Coordination
✅ Schedule Deliveries & Create Packets – Prepare documentation for each delivery.
✅ Schedule Transport & Work Order Tasks – Assign jobs to field crews and manage daily schedules.
✅ Schedule Concrete Customers – Coordinate dispatch for concrete deliveries.
✅ Process & Input Work Orders – Manage digital records for inventory and customer structures.
✅ Schedule Shed Moves & Repossession Pickups – Prepare necessary paperwork and logistics.
✅ Maintain & Order Ramp Supplies – Ensure sufficient ramp materials are stocked.
✅ Inspect & Document Repo Units – Assess conditions and report to accounting.
✅ Collect & Review Delivery Packets – Ensure all paperwork is completed by drivers and document any issues.
✅ Unload Shipments & Organize Lots – Use equipment and trucks to unload portable structure shipments and organize lots with portable inventory.
Field Supervision & Equipment Oversight
Supervise Portable Structure Receiving – Inspect and organize new inventory upon delivery.
Maintain Display Lots – Oversee layout and upkeep of shed displays for customer viewing.
Schedule Equipment & Truck Maintenance – Ensure all vehicles and machinery are serviced regularly.
Verify & Order Equipment & Parts – Maintain operational efficiency by keeping essential tools and materials in stock.
Oversee Lot & Property Maintenance – Ensure clean and organized workspaces, including mowing and general upkeep.
Assist with Equipment Repairs & Marketplace Listings – Help manage maintenance and sales of used company equipment.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills – You can effectively coordinate between drivers, field crews, and office staff.
Tech-savvy & data-driven – Comfortable using scheduling software and managing digital records.
Proactive problem solver – Able to make quick, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
Ability to use equipment and trucks – Must be able to be hands on with unloading shipments of inventory and use various pieces of equipment.
Ability to work in an office & field setting – Must be hands-on and willing to assist in both environments.
