As a Sales Representative specializing in portable sheds, gazebos, and dog kennels, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product selection process. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical proficiency, will enable you to educate potential customers about our offerings and tailor solutions to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming and informative experience at our locations.
- Assist customers in identifying the right portable shed, gazebo, or dog kennel based on their preferences and requirements.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products.
- Demonstrate the use of technology tools such as tablets or computer software to showcase product options and customization choices.
- Utilize strong communication skills to listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to address queries and close sales.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales is Preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with using technology tools, such as computer software, for presentations and sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with outdoor products, such as portable sheds, gazebos, or dog kennels, is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is advantageous.
