Job Title : Area Sales Manager (Duo-Hotel Property)
Location : San Jose County to Marin County
About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee the sales and business development for our duo-hotel property Toll House Hotel and Tiburon Lodge. As part of a growing brand, this position will drive revenue, enhance market presence, and foster relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses to optimize sales performance for both properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality market, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development :
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to drive occupancy, room revenue, and meeting and event bookings for both hotels.
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agents.
Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for both hotels, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team to ensure alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
Represent both hotel properties at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and market share.
Work closely with the hotel operations teams to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

Exempt- $75,000 / hr to $95,000 / hr DOE
