Marketing associate - plays a crucial role in promoting the emergency room’s services and engaging with the community. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and interpersonal skills to effectively execute marketing strategies and events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Campaign Development :
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote ER services.
Coordinate and participate in community events to raise awareness about ER services.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
Organize and execute promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community events.
Work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.
Work Schedule :
Hours may vary based on event schedules and marketing campaigns. Flexibility is essential. Any hours exceeding 40 hours needs approval from management.
Weekend hours are optional but may be required for specific events or initiatives.
