As the Assistant Director of Benefits Client Services, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee benefits administration, resolve client inquiries, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence. By fostering a client-first culture, you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant support while enhancing client satisfaction through continuous improvement and swift issue resolution.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification in benefits or HR (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in benefits administration, particularly in roles with direct client interaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing a team, with a strong focus on overseeing benefits administration operations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits administration software, preferably UKG Ready.
- Experience with client relationship management and resolving escalated issues.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage KPIs or performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance.
