PROCARE Landscape delivers professional landscape services for condos, commercial buildings, residential homes and more. We are currently looking for a motivated, determined, and respectful Landscape Foreman to help develop our landscape division! Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders.
- Build retaining walls, patios, landscape beds, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and drainage solutions.
- Communicate production goals and plans to crew members. Includes ordering materials and adhering to the plans laid out by the Project Manager / Operations Manager
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train and develop crew members.
- Interact respectfully to clients on job site.
- Job reporting to Project Manager / Operations Manager.
- Work flexible hours, occasional weekends to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in building retaining walls, patios, steps, water features, drainage solutions, and outdoor kitchens.
· Experience with all landscape construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, trucks, trailers, dingo)
· General knowledge of plant material and plant placement.
· Awareness of company’s revenue goals and strive to meet them.
· Great communicator and team player.
· Quick learner with motivation to grow and succeed.
· Valid Chauffeurs driver’s license (or willing to get before start date) with clean driving record. CDL preferred.
