ProCare Rx is currently seeking an entry-level Proposal Writer. Recent Grads strongly encouraged to apply! The Request for Proposal Writer is responsible for authoring, proofreading, and editing RFPs, general company documents, and sales information.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to :
- Author, proofread, and edit document content, checking for consistency, clarity, accuracy, and compliance with the requirements of the RFP.
- Assist in managing the RFP process from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including Sales, Account Management, Implementation, etc. to ensure timely completion of RFP deliverables.
- Communicate with potential clients to assure RFP responses directly align with the clients’ goals and objectives.
- Coordinate scheduling with RFP and Marketing team for fluid workflow.
