2024-2025 Full Time BCBA - Near Conway, AR

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position in our school district! In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will be working with a K-12th grade caseload on-site. You will collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:.

• Behavior Intervention Plans:
  Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ensure plans are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA.
• Supervision: Supervise RBTs if applicable to implement behavior plans and provide training.
• Data Collection & Reporting:
  Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy. Prepare progress reports and make recommendations for ongoing interventions.
• Ethical and Professional Standards:
  Follow the ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Stay informed about current research and advancements in ABA.

Pay and Benefits:

• $40-$50 hourly pay range. Pay is dependent on experience and school districts budget.

Qualifications:

• BCBA National Certification
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings.

• Successful completion of a background check and obtaining necessary clearances.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
