Candidates with RBT or Behavior Technician 2 qualifications may also be considered.
Position Details- Location: East Grand Forks, MN
- Schedule: Full-Time, 2024-2025 School Year
- Caseload: Severe needs
- Flexibility: Open to RBT or Behavior Technician 2 candidates
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency in interventions.
- Provide direct support and training for teachers and paraprofessionals in managing challenging behaviors.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet student needs effectively.
- Document behavioral progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Education: Bachelors degree in behavioral science (school psychology, counseling, or social work); masters degree preferred.
- Certification: Must hold BCBA certification (RBT or Behavior Technician 2 may be considered).
- Experience: Background in special education or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong ability to develop behavior plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Hourly Rate: $38 per hour (depending on experience).
